We Did It! PCA Wins the 2026 LOVE Award for Excellence in Early Childhood Education.

We have some very exciting news to share! Philadelphia Chinese Academy has been named the 2026 Philadelphia Family LOVE Award Winner for Excellence in Early Childhood Education.

As a Mandarin immersion Montessori preschool in Philadelphia, this recognition is especially meaningful to us. At PCA, we believe high-quality early childhood education is about so much more than preparing children academically. Our Montessori approach and Chinese language immersion environment are designed to help children become confident, independent, curious, and compassionate while building a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning.

Last year, we were incredibly honored to be named a 2025 Family Favorite Honoree for Language Immersion Preschool, and to now be recognized for excellence in early childhood education means so much to our entire PCA community.

This year, our teachers were able to celebrate this recognition together at the beautiful Divine Lorraine, and we couldn’t think of a group more deserving. Every day, they bring tremendous care, patience, expertise, and intention into their classrooms. They prepare thoughtful Montessori environments, observe each child’s individual development, nurture Mandarin language learning through daily immersion, and create spaces where children feel safe enough to explore, make mistakes, and grow.

And to our PCA parents: thank you.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write a review, share your experience, and vote for PCA. Most importantly, thank you for entrusting your children to us every day. Choosing a preschool means choosing the people who will care for, guide, and influence your child during some of their most formative years. We know what an incredible responsibility and privilege that is, and we never take your trust for granted.

This award may have PCA’s name on it, but it belongs to our entire community: our teachers, our families, and, of course, the incredible children who make PCA what it is.
